And for a pretty cheap price, what's not to like? PS: skip if if you don't like these kind of games though.

Oh and the anime style will definitely please those anime fans (I'm quite the opposite, but I do love the anime style on this game). with also good lore, in my opinion - this game can please pretty much anyone. And considering there's a pretty fascinating and interesting story. In all honesty this game is good because it does many things right that it's hard to see flaws: thanks to the VITA the controls are incredibly good and highly customizable, something that even Monster Hunter couldn't do because of the lack of second stick on the 3ds (unless you buy a new 3ds or the add-on.) and the gameplay is just fun and fast paced - not to devil may cry level but still good. Now I can finally see how much damage I'm doing (I don't think it was on the original, so I might be wrong). And one thing that I ALWAYS wanted: the number meters on the enemy. They also added more weapon types (from 3 swords and 3 guns to 6 swords and 4 guns) and a bit more of customization to your character, as well as your companions being able to learn skills that improve their performances.

In addition the game is much more lenient: you can always bring 3 companions with you guided by the AI - which makes things a TON easier - and you don't instantly die because they can "ress" you. The main differences are several however: the game has a story to follow, the combat is more fast paced and requires you to move a lot, the crafting is still there but is much less grindy in comparison (not saying that it isn't), and overall it feels more like a proper action game, despite your character carries a "big ass sword". Let's take out the common stuff: this game is obviously inspired from Monster Hunter, and I do mean inspired because big weapons, big monster in small areas where you gotta play in teams. Well, resurrection does this correctly thanks to the VITA, and not only that: it's a MUCH smoother, refined and overall better version of the psp game and considering that you get this game with god eater 2 included (At least that's how I got it: i still haven't played the second), it's already worth its price. However I REALLY loved that game and just like any psp games, its real flaw was the missing second analogue stick. I originally played the version on psp and I've put about 50 hours in that game but without actualy finishing it, because my main complain was I originally played the version on psp and I've put about 50 hours in that game but without actualy finishing it, because my main complain was its repetition in the missions (it was always like this: beat X versions of monster A, sometimes with monster B, or a Y version of monster X with different elements).
